✔️Week 2 Accountability Post
With starting a different program, it takes time to ease into things and figure out how much weight is proper for each lifts and amount of food to intake. I think the first week was a good run. I actually feel like I look stronger and feel stronger although I lost a little over a pound.
I hit multiple PR’s in which I never would have tried to do before starting last week and I am eating almost over 200g of carbs. Like hello, gimme at the carbs
Anyhow, I am super stoked to keep progressing and to keep seeing change even if it’s small! Week 2 is about to be another one for the books. Who is with me?!
