I’m 26, I started when I was 17, and the month was March. That’s 3 months away. 3 months from doing this for 8 full years? The first 3 weren’t as solid as the last 5. But still. 8 years of pushing past my limits. 8 years of commitment to getting better. People still think I take ‘stuff’... well if you went in my brain, and realised my level of commitment to improving my self, my commitment to getting to that next level and to see the extra focus I put in with my workouts from the inside, you will then notice how it is of course possible to change your body with out taking back shelf supplements and testosterone boosters. I do take a natural testosterone booster which is called ZMA, but this is simply Zinc, Magnesium, and vitamin B12. People think if you look lean, you are gifted with burning fat. THIS IS BOLLOCKS. If you struggle to get lean... try working out for 2 hours a day, and be in a deficit for 8 months. YOU WILL BE LEAN. Do this for another 2+ years... You will be lean. I WAS SO FOCUSSED ON BEING ‘SHREDDED’ my first few years, I don’t know how I actually built muscle. I was always under eating. After a solid foundation of under eating for years (which to clarify I’m not really suggesting you do this) but after doing that, YOU BET I LOOK LEAN. I have a solid foundation, of being lean. From all that damn work. I have never worried about how heavy I get. You guys that worry about trying to be the biggest, heaviest MOFOckErs in the gym, are the same ones that say to me it’s genetics that I always look lean. WELL it’s not. I’ve always wanted to look leaner, rather than bigger and bulkier. So this is just a reminder to guys and girls, quit the excuses, focus on what you want, quit judging your path in comparison to someone else’s, and you don’t need drugs to get in shape. I do take ‘drugs’, like preworkout... pre workout is my steroids aha. Taken that stuff for 6 years straight nearly. I would advise not to take it for your first year or two... but what ever. I don’t really notice it now, it’s just a ritual for me. And for those who don’t know, it’s just a caffeinated/stimulated drink to help boost energy levels. My posing isn’t symmetrical here...

고기 쳐묵하구.. 운동으로 소화시키깈ㅋㅋㅋ 먹은양이 운동양보다 많지만 안하는것보단 좋으닝 ㅎㅎ 어깨 등 가슴 힙만 죠져땅 쿄 ㅋㅋ 하체하고싶은데 내 십자인대는 언제좋아지나요.....
