First day on my Strength/Calisthenic Split!
In this block of my training I’m going to be focusing predominantly on my functional strength. I’m going to do 3 days of weight training (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Three days of Calisthenic training (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) and I’m going to try to go climbing 1 day a week.
While I’m waiting for my lower back to be at 100% again I figured that this would be the optimal time to do this kind of training.
Bodybuilding is cool, but it’s not that cool when you look strong but aren’t actually strong. I want to look and BE strong.
Gonna be posting more edits like this to show you all what I’m gonna be doing for the next couple of months in the gym! ️- If you are going to follow this video in any capacity, work at your own risk! You know your body and what you can and can’t handle. Safety always first! Being hurt because you aren’t being smart in the gym is not good.
