If you are a bit like me, you may want to know what the future holds. The 'not knowing' can cause anxiety or insecurity. When will I have pain again, or better yet, when will I have no more pain? Most of the time we have no control over what comes next, I therefore ask myself in those situations: 'will me worrying about this, change the outcome?' The answer is usually NO ;). I will cope by distraction to soothe my mind, I watch TV, read a book, go out for a walk - anything can work! What works for you?
